Rugs are not available for returns. Only if product is damaged or not usable can it be exchanged for a new rug in replace of your damaged rug.

Every JK Home Decor order is print-on-demand just for you. Since we are unable to restock, resell or exchange any orders. However, if you receive a flawed or damaged item, we stand by our Happiness Guarantee and will gladly replace it or offer a store credit in exchange for your damaged item.
