Since we are unable to restock, resell or exchange any orders, we always recommend ordering test swatches first to ensure the product type, color, layout, and design scale meet your expectations. However, if you receive a flawed or damaged item, we stand by our Happiness Guarantee and will gladly offer a store credit, within 14 days of delivery,  in exchange for your damaged order.
